Suspicious sacroillitis, both

4)MR, S-I joint minimal (without enhance)

Slightly increased T2 signal in the joint space of both SI joint, synovial part.

- focal subchondral T2 hypersignal lesions in the mid-inferior portion of both SI joints, but a low possibilit ly of bone erosions.

otherwise, no definite subchondral bone marrow edema.

• - OPINION. A possibility of synovitis, both SI joints.

적어주신 내용 중 질문자에게 의미 있는 결과는 방사선 사진에서 천골장골관절염 의심 소견 있으며 해당 부위 MRI 결과 양측 천장관절 부위 윤활막에 염증의 가능성이 의심됩니다.
