rec) shoulder x-ray or CT
Mild subacromial-subdeltoid bursitis.
Suggestive of mild adhesive capsulitis.
a/w mild edematous capsular thickening, axillary recess of glenohumeral joint capsule.

Tendinosis, supraspinatus tendon
- 힘줄병증, 극상근 힘줄
Increeased signal of anterior aspect of supraspinatus tendon.
- 극상근 힘줄의 앞쪽면에 signal (신호, MRI에서 하얗게 변했다는 의미) 증가가 보임
a/w small dark signal intensity lesions.
- 관련된 조그만 어두은 음영의 병변
--> R/O focal tear, R/O calcific tendinitis
- 국소 찢어짐 감별 필요, 석회화 건염 감별 필요
rec) shoulder x-ray or CT
- 어깨 x-ray나 CT 검사가 권유됨.
Mild subacromial-subdeltoid bursitis.
- 가벼운 삼각근하윤활낭염
Suggestive of mild adhesive capsulitis.
- 가벼운 오십견 가능성 있음.
a/w mild edematous capsular thickening, axillary recess of glenohumeral joint capsule.
- 관련되어 어깨 관절 캡슐의 비대, 관절 캡슐의 겨드랑이 recess 부위 비대
Rec) OS consultation and clinical correlation
- 정형외과 협진 및 임상적 증상과의 대조가 필요함.
