조선시대에는 노비를 사고팔았나요?
안녕하세요. 손용준 인문·예술전문가입니다. 조선시대 거래의 주요 대상은 노비, 토지, 주택이었다고 합니다. 그 가운데 노비는 신분적 위치와 경제적 가치라는 양면성을 지니고 있었다고 하지요. 노비는 신분적으로 최하위층에 해당하면서 동시에 경제적으로 동산(動産)이어서 토지와 함께 조선 시대의 대표적인 재산이었다고 합니다. 특히 노비는 윗사람의 명령을 이해하고 처리할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 자식을 낳아 재산을 증식할 수 있었기 때문에 경제적 효용성이 매우 높았다고 합니다. It is said that the main objects of trade during the Joseon Dynasty were slaves, land, and houses. Among them, it is said that slaves had the duality of social status and economic value. Slaves belonged to the lowest class in terms of social status and at the same time were economically private property, so they were said to be representative property of the Joseon Dynasty along with land. 영국은 왜 홍콩을 1997년까지 지배했나요?
안녕하세요. 손용준 인문·예술전문가입니다. 난징조약(南京條約)은 1840년 1842년 까지,2년간 벌어진 1차 청영 전쟁을 끝내기 위해 1842년 8월 29일 청나라와 영국과의 사이에 맺은 불평등 조약입니다. 이 조약으로 인해 홍통이 영국 수중에 넘어갔고, 상하이, 광저우가 개방된 계기가 되었다고 합니다. 영국 입장으로서는 이렇게 150년 간 충분히 홍콩을 이용해 중국을 약탈 해 갔고 국제적인 정세및 국내의 연론도 무마 시키위 위해 반환 조항을 두게 된 것입니다. The Treaty of Nanjing is an unequal treaty signed between the Qing Dynasty and Great Britain on August 29, 1842 to end the First Qing-Ying War, which lasted for two years from 1840 to 1842. It is said that this treaty gave Hongtong to British hands and opened up Shanghai and Guangzhou. From the UK's point of view, it has used Hong Kong to plunder China enough for 150 years, and the return clause has been put in place to silence the international situation and domestic controversy.

미국의 노동자들이 청바지를 입게된 이유 ?
안녕하세요. 손용준 인문·예술전문가입니다.오늘날의 청바지는 독일인 이민자 리바이 스트라우스가 발명한 것이라고 합니다. 샌프란시스코의 무역상이었던 스트라우스는 창고에 쌓인 엄청난 양의 청색 데님 처리 방안을 궁리하다가, 금을 찾아 캘리포니아로 몰려들던 광부들이 질기고 튼튼한 작업복을 찾고 있음을 생각해 냈다고 합니다. 이렇게 하여 미국의 농부나 목동들이 작업복으로 즐겨 입게 되었는데, 이것이 청바지의 시초가 되었다고 합니다. 또한 서부 개척 시대에 마차의 천막(군용)으로 납품하려고 제조한 천이 계약이 파기 되어 그 원단으로 작업복 바지를 만들기 시작하여 청바지의 한축(리바이스)으로 자리 잡았다고 하네여. 안녕하세요. 손용준 인문·예술전문가입니다. 확실히 4월 시작하는곳은 적은데요 이웃나라인 일본과 호주가 3월 시작인 입니다.미국과 유럽 여러 나라의 대학은 9월 시작합니다. 서양의 여러 나라들은 많은 9월이나 10월 가을에 시작합니다.유럽에서는 전통적으로 농사의 바쁨철이 7~8월경 여름에 열중하고 있습니다.전 해의 가을에 씨를 뿌려 밀 수확 시기가 여름에 하는데 가축을 기르는 농가에서는 여름에 건초를 만드는 시기 이기도 하지요. 이 시기의 농가 아이들은 농사를 돕게 되는데요. 정부로서는 가급적 많은 아이들을 학교에 와야 하니까 이런 것을 고려하고,"농사가 마무리 되는 9월 경에 학년을 시작하면 어린이가 농사와 학교 양쪽에 몰수 할 수 있다는 결론이 지어 지면서 9월에 신학기가 시작 되는것 입니다.Certainly, there are few places that start in April, but neighboring countries, Japan and Australia, start in March. 우리나라 최초의 여성 의사는 누구인가요?
안녕하세요. 손용준 인문·예술전문가입니다. 박에스더 라는 분이 우리나라 최초의 여성 의사 입니다. 1876년 오늘 한국 최초로 여성으로 미국에서 의과대학을 졸업하고 여성 의사가 된 에스더 박(Esther Kim Pak)이 출생했다. 본명은 김점동(金點童)이다. '에스더'는 세례명이고, '박'은 결혼한 뒤 남편의 성을 따랐다고 합니다. Esther Park in 1876, Esther Kim Pak, is the first woman in Korea to graduate from a medical school in the United States and become a female doctor, was born. Her real name is Kim Jeom-dong . Her 'Esther' was her baptismal name, and 'Pak' was her husband's surname after her marriage.

안녕하세요 제주도 사투리는 정말 모르겠어요?
안녕하세요. 손용준 인문·예술전문가입니다. 지금이야 제주도 비행기로 편히 갈수 있지만 과거에는 제주도는 귀향살이나 유배지로 가는 곳이었고 출입도 힘들었습니다. 왕래 재체가 힘들다보니 표준말인 서울말과는 완전히 동떨어진 그들만의 사투리를 썼고 점점 더 알아듣기 어려워 졌지요. 그래도 지금은 인터넷돠 미디어둥이 발달 해서 예전처럼 그렇게 심한 정도는 아닙니다.

The Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, gave a strong reason to USA in both the Pacific and European theaters of World War II. The day after the attack, Congress declared war on Imperial Japan with only a single dissenting vote.

니커보커시대라는것은 어떤 시대를 말하는건가요?
안녕하세요. 손용준 인문·예술전문가입니다. 니커 보커"(Knickerbockers)"라는 용어는 1600년대에 신대륙, 특히 지금의 뉴욕에 온 네덜란드 정착민들에게 기원을 두고 있습니다. 특히 정착민들이 입었던 바지 스타일을 의미합니다. 무릎 바로 아래까지 말려 올라오는 바지로 "니커보커 Knickerbockers" 또는 "니커 knickers"로 알려지게 되었습니다.The term "Knickerbockers" traces its origin to the Dutch settlers who came to the New World - and especially to what is now New York - in the 1600s. Specifically, it refers to the style of pants the settlers wore... pants that rolled up just below the knee, which became known as "Knickerbockers", or "knickers".
