Present illness
36세 여성. 2002년도에 follicular Non-Hodgkin's ymphoma를 진단, 치료를 받고 remisison 판정을 받음. 최근 혈변을 증상으로 A 병원에서 2015년 4월 21일 colonoscopic biopsy를 받음.
Rectum에서 S.Scm uicerated fungating mass(proximal to anal canal)가 발견되어 BX 결과 poorly diterentiated adenoca 소견을 보였음

2015.05.08 - MRI Pelvis :
Enhancing polypoid cancer lesion on Lt side appears confined to muscularis propria(T2).
2015.05.18 — MRI Abd : No focal liver lesions or masses. No intra-abdominal LNs. RLL pulmonary lung nodule unchanged from 02/05/2014 CT. Hemosiderosis involving liver and spleen.
2015.08.22 - MRI Pelvis : Previously seen polypoid mass approximately 4cm proximal to anal canal on the Lt side has resolved, w/no remaining lesion visualized. No abnormal LNs are visualized.
2015.05.08 - Flexible sigmoidoscopy, transrectal US: The lesion is located on the Lt side, mobile, soft. Perirectal LNs involved
6.7×5.3 mm, in proximity to the lesion. IMP: T1 - T2, N1 rectal cancer.
Labs 2015.05.08 - CEA: 1.7 ng/ml(WNL per MD).
Treatment

IMRT to pelvis & rectum, 50.4 Gy in 28 fractions over 42 days.
