매년 위 내시경 진행하고 있는
올해 특별한 소견이 나와서요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
헬리코박터균 검출 된 곳 조직검사 결과인데
전문가분들의 고견 부탁드리옵니다...
추가로 지금 헬리코박터균 제균약을 먹고 있는데
해당약을 먹고 상급기관 병원에 가는게 나을까요??

내시경 검사 결과지가 없어 제한적이나 위궤양과 동반된 헬리코박터 균 감염이 확인되어 약물치료 중인 것으로 생각됩니다.
치료 후 추적 위 내시경 검사와 제균 여부 확인 위한 검사를 권하며 결과에 따라 상급병원 진료 여부를 다시 상의해보시기 바랍니다.
