복부, 폐, 뇌 CT 결과지 해석 부탁드립니다.
<복부 CT 결과지>
Liver의 density가 낮아져 있음.
Liver에 parenchymal calcification들이 있음.
Both kidney에 최대장경 1.5cm 크기의 round non-enhancing cystic lesion들이 있음.
Abdominal cavity와 subcutaneous tissue에 많은 양의 fatty tissue가 있음.
Periumbilical area에 focal wall defect가 있으며 intraabdominal fat이 herniation 되어 있음.
그 외 liver parenchyma내에 definite focal lesion 보이지 않으며 GB, pancreas, both kidnet에 이상소변 보이지 않음.
[결론]
1. Diffuse fatty liver
2. Parenchymal calcifications, liver
3. Simple cysts, both kidneys
4. Large amount of intraabdominal and subcutaneous fatty tissue
5. Small periumbilical hernia with intraabdominal fat herniation
6. Otherwise no remarkble finding
<폐CT 결과지>
Mediastinum에 multiple small lymphadenopathy 있음.
<두부 CT 결과지>
1. no evidence of diffuse brain disease or focal lesion in brain parenchyme
2. no evidence of intracranial hemorrhage
3. chronic sinusitis in Lt.maxillary sinus and soft tissue obstruction at OMU

<복부 CT 결과지>
Liver의 density가 낮아져 있음.
- 간의 밀도가 낮아져있음.
Liver에 parenchymal calcification들이 있음.
- 간의 실질에 석회가 있음.
Both kidney에 최대장경 1.5cm 크기의 round non-enhancing cystic lesion들이 있음.
- 양쪽 신장에 가장 긴 길이를 기준으로 1.5cm 크기의 동그란 조영이 증가되지 않는 낭성 (주머니) 병변이 있음. (소희 낭종)
Abdominal cavity와 subcutaneous tissue에 많은 양의 fatty tissue가 있음.
- 복강의 피하조직에 지방조직이 많음.
Periumbilical area에 focal wall defect가 있으며 intraabdominal fat이 herniation 되어 있음.
- 배꼽 주변에 국소적인 결손이 있으며 복강 지방이 탈출되어있음 (배꼽탈장이 가볍지만 있으신것 같습니다. )
그 외 liver parenchyma내에 definite focal lesion 보이지 않으며 GB, pancreas, both kidnet에 이상소변 보이지 않음.
- 그 외 간 실질의 저명한 병변은 없으며 담낭, 췌장, 양쪽 신장에 이상소견 없음.
[결론]
1. Diffuse fatty liver
- 미만성 지방간
2. Parenchymal calcifications, liver
- 간의 석회화 병변
3. Simple cysts, both kidneys
- 양쪽 신장의 낭종
4. Large amount of intraabdominal and subcutaneous fatty tissue
- 다량의 복부, 피하지방
5. Small periumbilical hernia with intraabdominal fat herniation
- 작은 배꼽주변 탈장
6. Otherwise no remarkble finding
- 이외에 두드러지는 이상소견 없음
<폐CT 결과지>
Mediastinum에 multiple small lymphadenopathy 있음.
- 중격동에 다발성 림프절염병변이 있음
<두부 CT 결과지>
1. no evidence of diffuse brain disease or focal lesion in brain parenchyme
- 뇌실질에 이상소견 없음
2. no evidence of intracranial hemorrhage
- 뇌출혈 없음
3. chronic sinusitis in Lt.maxillary sinus and soft tissue obstruction at OMU
- 좌측 상악동에 만성 축농증, 부비동 개구 연합 (OMU, ostiomeatal unit)에 연부조직이 막고있음.
