열중쉬어자세를 하면 관절기를 당하는 충격이 있어서 mri를 찍었습니다.

Muscle atrophy: mild

Fatty infiltration: Goutallier classification grade 1

IST tendinosis.

Ddx with intrasubstance tear.

SSC tendinosis. Ddx with intrasubstance tear.

2. LHBT partial tear.

3. SLAP lesion type 2.

4. Suggestive of subacromial impingment.

- Subacromial enthesophyte.

Lateral down slope acromion.

5. Subcortical cysts at LT portion of humeral head.
